3. Project Agreements

All interior design and execution projects are governed by:

• A detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) outlining scope, materials, and pricing.
• A signed project agreement specifying timelines, payment milestones, and deliverables.
• Change orders must be documented and mutually agreed upon in writing.
• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, design changes, or force majeure events.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements.
• A booking amount or advance is required to commence any project.
• Payments shall be made via bank transfer, cheque, or any other mutually agreed method.
• Delayed payments may result in project timeline extensions or additional charges as outlined in the agreement.
• All prices quoted are subject to applicable taxes including GST.

5. Real Estate Services

For property buying and selling services:

• Square Feet acts as a facilitator and advisor. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes regarding property transactions.
• All property information provided is believed to be accurate but should be independently verified by the buyer/investor.
• Brokerage and service charges are subject to separate agreements and applicable regulations.
• Legal due diligence, title verification, and registration are the responsibility of the buyer/seller and their legal counsel.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and project photographs — is the intellectual property of Square Feet unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

7. Warranty & Liability

• Interior execution work carried out by Square Feet comes with a workmanship warranty as specified in the project agreement.
• Warranties on materials and fixtures are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms.
• Square Feet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total project value agreed upon in the contract.

8. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation terms are governed by individual project agreements.
• In case of cancellation after project commencement, charges for work completed and materials procured shall apply.
• Design consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.

9. Website Use

• You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
• You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
